Changes and fixes from V8.3.5 to 8.3.6

• PHP Publishing to increase upload speed - Fixed the creating of the archive when the upload will be >2GB in size.
• IE9 RC fix: - Add to Basket dialog and media lightbox.
• Import Wizard improvements - Light mode wasn't working properly.

Changes and fixes from V8.2.5 to 8.3.5

• Add code to set the language of the demo shop (Omnia) to the current locale language and set the currency as well
  - After opening the demo project and the language of the shop has been change to the current locale, if the user switches pages in Normal view without having done a preview prior, a js error will occur.
  - If the demo project is opened where the locale is Spanish (es), Ukranian (ua) will incorrectly be selected as the language of the shop.
• IE9 fixes.
  - Shipping Charge and Add to Basket dialogs.
  - style attribute on some elements.
  - Flash SetVariable call.
  - OFCC mini-cart style shadow appears bad.

• Show inc and exc tax product price amounts on the page, if no taxes exist, but the flag to show both taxes is ticked, a js error will occur.
• OFEE Mini-Cart not showing with PAAH page style.
• Tax exemption number format is not checked when a State is selected.
• Product Price is discounted then the base price must be adjusted as it currently uses the non-discounted price to calculate the base price : apply for shopwide discounts as well.

Changes and fixes from V8.2.3 to 8.2.4

• Search files not generated first time if "Regenerate search files" is not turned on - Added code which checks for the physical files the search creates and forces them to be created if they're not there.
• Updated to simplify Total Care signup - enter file name selection shouldn't be available in demo mode.
• Renaming Subpage - Breadcrumbs still shows the old subpage name
• HTML code added to position 4 will not be visible if the height of Index2 is too tall. - Index2 will now continue to grow shorter than the minimum height of 100. - fix IE7 height calculation
• Reduce the size of core.html for bigger shops. - linking to another product on the same page doesn't work Fixed problem with the macro cache file, added code which also checks the size of the file and the time stamp of the macro.dat file as well.

• Import Wizard improvements - New online help file and rearranged pages and shop selection interface to make it easier to use.

Changes from V8.2 to 8.2.3

• PHP Publishing to increase upload speed - Bad ID causing strange behaviour. - Wasn't detecting if the parent folder was writeable correctly any more. - Added more code to the check to make the test file delete on different servers.
• German "Terms for returning products" law compliance. - using the wrong alias for "must tick terms" - fix data to migrate company number and tax number. - after changing country, the region code wasn't being changed.
• Show inc and exc tax product price amounts on the page Some more translations for French and Dutch interfaces
• Updated to simplify Total Care signup - Added additional code to support warning messages from expired accounts - Fixed problem with paid versions going to the wrong URL to activate the account.
• Marketeer: Shopping.com has revised attributes starting 1 July 1010 An "< A >" tag with just a name and no href defined will return a NULL string so added checks for that.
• Revise/improve SFCentral
• Add code to set the language of the demo shop (Omnia) to the current locale language and set the currency - Note that the language is only done the first time you open the demo shop after an install.
• Create new minicart styles. - Note that 8-BASE-AA and the theme in the Demo shop are the only supported themes that currently supports this feature.
• Rounding problem when the price ends in 5 and the rounding factor is 0.05 - Fixed a problem in the patch (wasn't in the previous full release).

Changes from V8.1.6 to 8.2

We've made V8.20 of ShopFactory live on our site. This release includes some exciting new features like a new much improved PHP based publishing and a new image cleanup function which should make the publishing of your shop online a much more pleasant experience for users, we've seen speed improvements ranging from 5X to almost 30X times faster publishing for larger shops. The new media folder cleanup is also a feature often asked for which basically goes through the shop and removes any images not referenced from the runtime folder which will also make it faster to upload your shop. This feature also goes hand in hand with the "Cleanup files on server" function when publishing which will also remove these files online if selected.

This release also includes some changes to the demo to make it simpler and easier for customers to sign up to Total Care by showing the signup form more aggressively at appropriate locations and relying more on information the customer has already entered like the order email for example when we can. We've also made the startup page easier to understand to better avoid confusion from the customer what they need to do.

The detailed list of changes for this release are as follows;

• Back link on more details pages works incorrectly
• If you have a cross promotion in Homepage with more details page, you will be redirected to Sitemap if you click the back link.
• "Secured by Globecharge" popup shows #ERROR# when there is a utf-8 character or a single quote in the shop name.
• Add new product styles and adjust existing styles.
• In IE7, PageContainer10 should be initially be hidden, otherwise the result would be an elongated page with much blank space. Put the change in the html template so that it will auto update the project.
• Fix for hyperlinks when the click event originated from a nested tag within the A tag.
• Basket page: Add "~" sign inside the parenthesis of the secondary currency (to signify "approximation").
• tree navigation style TRE_1: open/close icons disappear in IE7.
• "Save As New Website Theme" is not writing out the popupdirection for Index1 and Index2
• HTML code added to position 4 will not be visible if the height of Index2 is too tall.
• SFImage displays "Invalid parameter" while creating cross promotion links
• The "add to basket" icon is distorted because it copies the image size of the primary language.
• Issue with currency scripts. Whilst the currency rates haven't been acquired yet, the secondary currency amounts shouldn't be displayed. Once the rates are ready (if at all), the secondary currency amount should be displayed again.

• Results from PHPSearch has no scrollbar on slow servers, and scrollbar is not fully extended until scrolled down in AIT theme, wasn't working all the time.

• Indexes missing when doing external preview in a shop created in a different version of SF.

Changes from V8.1.6 to latest patch 

• Wide white space appears after the products and Wide Space before the product contents.
• HTML code added to position 4 will not be visible if the height of Index2 is too tall.
• Invalid parameter error message appears when you click on “Page Link information".

• Product More Details link is not positioned correctly on split pages (PRCC, PRCD, PRCF, PRCG)

• Add new SwitchLang and Search box styles. - French string was wrong, merge must have failed. 
• Adding Flash code is not working properly in View HTML code and in fields such as ProductDescription and Longer Description.
• Permission denied error occurs when a shop is loaded into an iframe. - refreshing (pressing F5) in Firefox may result in the endload function not being available yet. In this case, just bail if not available. Could also cause issues with options on a page.
• Custom fields in Customer Details form are not imported in Sales Manager. - Existing projects should automatically be set to use the new format.

Changes from V8.1.4 to V8.1.5

• Fixed applying and listing taxes for paragraphs and also stop showing any taxes accidentally applied to it.
• Back link on more details pages works incorrectly - new implementation involving a history stack for detailed page navigation
• SFImage displays "Invalid parameter" while creating cross promotion links
• French translation - Various LD tags in both French and Canadian French. - State fields from "Ville" to "Région" and "Numéro de Rue" to "Numéro"
• SUN theme footer displays as white and overlaps left navigation
• AGH-GG and want to put a background picture on the header but when I try to give the design image 1 a transparent background so that the image comes through the background colour comes out black
• Updated to simplify Total Care signup
• All countries are included in the selection list when a shipping provider is used. - The list was empty when using UPS and no taxes are defined.
• New ver.txt file for the shop in contents/ver.txt to make it easier to find the build number used to create the shop
• Fixed the Save prompt to always give the user an option not to be asked again and if you say no it will still save if you tick the "Don't ask again" checkbox since otherwise the program wouldn't work correctly.
• Search Plus button missing from database
• Added fix data which recreates the data for LOGO-15 if it's not in there.
• Marketeer doesn't export German Googlebase files correctly for discounted price - Also currency rounding wasn't being set correctly.
• Internal preview is blocking going to Normal view if the page in preview is not displayable in Normal view
• Improved on this so if you preview all the way to GCs order page for example, it will still go back to where you were.

• The index 2 sub navigation shows a line around the entire sub navigation and in more modern browsers, the navigation collapses not showing spacing.

Changes from V8.1.3 to V8.1.4 

• StockAutoUpdate has multiple operands in it, so simply retrieving its value doesn't work.
• improve switching language handling when languages are in separate projects and in different domains. (What the patch fixes and this release) - missing alias.ini definition of LanguagesInOtherProjects causes incorrect conversion when multiple languages exist.
• Updated the tax wizard to improve substantially the performance of deleting a tax but now also shows proper progress when you delete or add a new tax.
• Language link export doesn't work if "Copy Base Language" is on and the page is more than 2 levels deep down and the visible flag hasn't been explicitly set
• In 8-PDBMN_1 product template, if there is only content for a paragraph, the right hand side div was turning on causing a white area for no reason. Now if it is a product, it will display the div.
• Template fixes for Opera
• GIF files are losing transparency when added to SF.
• Fixed ProcessCrossLinkImage to fail when the src wasn't a valid file. Was displaying SFImage error dialog when setting Cross promotions for example.

• Verify stock levels just prior to entering payment details pages, this change made the "Remember shopping basket" function not work. It's doing both a POST and tacking on a ? GET request which is bad because some servers doesn't like large GET requests.
• All countries are included in the selection list when a shipping provider is used.

Changes from V8.1.1 to V8.1.2

• Modify 8-BASE themes so site heading and slogan wrap. Slogan now disappears when on other pages. Site heading will also reduce in font size.
• Changing the alignment of product title in Normal view also changes its size.
• Allow changing underline and text alignment in Customise Design.
• Color mapping file is overwritten when upgrading to 8.11
• Index1 on AIT themes should be on the right of the site and not on the left
• Stock level publisher doesn't give the option to continue with publishing when connection tests fail

Changes from V8.1 to V8.1.1 

• Verify stock levels just prior to entering payment details pages. - The state of the stock query strings were lost when going back from ordertotal.
• Add new product styles and adjust existing styles. - page style 8-PAAM_1 has a problem with the minicart because the breadcrumbs is nested in a couple of container divs that hasn't finished rendering yet, so the browser will have difficulty doing the insert statement. - CVO and AAI-CC themes were displayed shifted to the right in Normal view.
• SF Crashes when linking to an existing file
• Link to a PDF file is not copying the file to the runtime language folder 
• Loosing text in SF and in LanguageLink 
• OtherURL to an internal page loses the query string when switching languages

• Small medium and large macro statements needed on website theme - Added fix data to check the template for or equivalent or we add it before the tag when it doesn't. Also checks when you select a new theme just in case the user has added their own themes into the install folder of ShopFactory. 
• Internal preview is blocking going to Normal view if the page in preview is not displayable in Normal view CTRL+A and selection of text inside the Product properties dialog now works as it should. 
• Advanced Search & Normal Search in Languages French& Italian - Italian translations. 
• Import Wizard - Stock level is not applied to product at subsequent imports 
• Use "lightbox" for larger images, instead of the image viewer popup window. - If there are slideshow images, and the larger image is a link to other url, then there should be 2 icons, one for the link to other url and the other for slideshow. And they should be positioned correctly next to each other. 
• small medium and large if statements needed on page, product and website theme - Import Wizard was calling the wrong method to obtain a newly created department's parent department. This resulted in incorrect product image sizes. 
• Incorrectly creating more details pages. - The syntax change from but the productloop style template had
